This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from granting any permission for erection of electrical lift in Plot No.284, New LIC colony, K.K.Nagar, Madurai.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the 7th respondent submits that the lift has already been shifted from the disputed place. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the 7th respondent, this writ petition is closed.
