ORDER

Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent herein for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 11.07.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12466 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the order that was passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12466 of 2022 dated 11.07.2022, the representation of the petitioner was considered. During the course of enquiry, it was found that in respect of the above said dispute, there is civil suit is pending between the parties before the District Munsif Court, Musiri, and the enquiry was closed on 11.08.2022, by directing the parties to workout their remedy in the pending civil suit itself.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

4. With the above said observation, this Contempt Petition is closed.
