ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is pending. It is a dispute 1/3

between contractor and his client over constructions. Due to which both have given complaint against each other.

3.Let the above said enquiry in both complaint and counter complaint be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by summoning both parties. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
