O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition to issue Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry on petitioner's online compliant in Ref. No:MTS23145663 dated 09/08/2023 and subsequent representation dated 19-08-2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint that was given by the petitioner was enquired. During the course of enquiry, it was found that no injury sustained by the complainant and it is the civil issue between the parties. So the above said enquiry was closed, advising the parties to abide by the civil Court decree. Further, the petitioner refused to receive the above said closure report.

3. The petitioner is directed to receive the above said closure report and is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved over the contents of the above said closure report.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
