Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the selection list dated 27.02.2016 passed by the second respondent and quash the same consequently direct the first respondent and the second respondent to select the petitioner and appoint her as Noon Meal Organizer in the fifth respondent School, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the selection list dated 27.02.2016 and to the consequential prayer to select the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer. The petitioner has challenged the appointment of the fourth respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner participated in the next selection process and selected as Anganwadi worker on 20.09.2017. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous. Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
