PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land pursuant to his application dated 09.06.2023 and dispose the same within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Honble Court.

The petitioner, with a grievance that his application dated 09.06.2023 for conducting survey has not been considered, has filed the present Writ Petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the survey would be conducted on priority basis.

3. Considering the fact that the application has been made by the petitioner only on 09.06.2023, the respondents are directed to conduct survey in the petitioner's land as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
