PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and 3 to expedite the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.C3/21596/2018 dated 31-12-2018 pending before the 2nd respondent filed by the 3rd Respondent in respect of the landed property in Survey No.24/3B, situated at Tiruppachethi South Revenue Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and 3 to expedite the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.C3/21596/2018 dated 31-12-2018 pending before the 2nd respondent filed by the 3rd Respondent in respect of the landed property in Survey No. 24/3B, situated at Tiruppachethi South Revenue Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents produced the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai dated 13.03.2023, wherein it is seen that the patta has been directed to be transferred in favour of the temple.

3. In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
