This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the order passed by the third respondent dated 29.08.2018 pertains to the Tank namely Perumkulam item No.1 in Vilavancode Taluk, Vilavancode Revenue Village, Kanyakumari District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
