Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Plot Watcher as per G.O.Ms.No.95, Environment and Forest Department dated 07.08.2009 done in the case of all other similarly situated candidates and even juniors to the petitioner within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Plot Watcher as per G.O.Ms.No.95, Environment and Forest Department dated 07.08.2009, within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he was employed as Plot Watcher from the year 1982 in Madurai Social Forestry Division. After completion of 18 years, his services were not regularized by the respondents. While so, G.O.Ms.No.95 dated 07.08.2009 was issued for regularization of all Plot Watcher and Social Forestry Workers, who have completed more than 10 years of service in the post of Plot Watcher. W.P.(MD)No.7551 of 2016 Therefore, he made representations to the respondents on 08.06.1999, 12.06.1999 and 01.11.2004 seeking regularization of his services. Despite the same, no order was passed. Hence, he made another representation dated 12.01.2015 to the 3rd respondent. However, no order was passed so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice for the petitioner if the respondents are directed to dispose of his representation dated 12.01.2015.
4. In view of the limited prayer now sought, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2015 and pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
