ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. J. Barathan, Advocate for the Petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr. M. Sarangan, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents in both the petitions, this Court made the following order:
These writ petitions have been filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from directing the petitioners' Institutions to close down the same and consequently forbearing them from intermeddling with the running of the catering and hotel management courses by the petitioners' Institutions. 2.This Court, by order dated 28.02.2023 has closed these writ petitions with a direction to the petitioners to repay the fees, if any, collected from any of the students, prior to 2013-2014 and also directed the Registry to list these writ petitions on 05.06.2023 for reporting compliance.
3.In the earlier occasion, when these writ petitions were listed for reporting compliance, based on the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the Joint Commissioner has followed up with this issue and sought three months time to file a report as directed by this Court, these matters were adjourned.

4.Today(05.10.2023), when these writ petitions are listed under the caption for ''reporting compliance'', a report of the Joint Director of Health Department has been filed before this Court stating that this petitioner College has not collected any fee from any of the students for the academic year 2013-2014. 5.The report of the Joint Director is recorded and no further order is required in these writ petitions.
