ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order, dated 05.04.2016.
2. The claim of the petitioner is that she is entitled for Selection Grade, however, through the impugned order, the respondents declined the selection grade and directed to refix the salary without issuing any notice.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court is simply remitting the matter back to the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuing notice, after granting adequate opportunity to the petitioner and pass speaking order.
4. The next contention that was raised by the petitioner is incentive increment for the higher qualification. The said contention was accepted by the respondents and submitted that the petitioner is entitled for incentive increment for higher qualification of M.A., B.Ed.. Therefore, there is no issue regarding incentive increment for higher qualification. 2/4
5. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to grant an incentive increment to the petitioner, as per law.
6. With these directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index : Yes / No 07.02.2023 Internet : Yes ksa 3/4
