Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent herein in Government Poromboke land situated in Survey No. 888/23 to an extent of 0.09.17 hectares, Veliyathur Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioners representation dated 17.3.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
