PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2019. For Petitioner : Mr.T.Vadivelan For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 and 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2019.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner the second resopndent issued CSR No.122 of 2001. Thereafter the second respondent also issued summons to the respondents 3 to 7 and enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16522 of 2019 CSR No.122 of 2001 and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law with an opportunity of hearing counter part.

4. With the above observation and direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
