ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the writ petitioner's complaint dated 12.09.2024 and to take steps to recover his TVS Two Wheeler bearing Registration No.TN 76 AS 9333.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that since the writ petitioner has not paid the due amount, TVS finance company in pursuance of the agreement entered between them has taken the vehicle and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was closed.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
