O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Action was initated against the petitioner under the relevant provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, for removal of unauthorized construction. The petitioner sought for regularization, which is granted subject to certain conditions. One of the conditions being that the petitioner will have to bring the building in confirmity with the approved plan by providing setback spaces and also removing the construction in the second floor of the building.

2. The petitioner seeks some more time to comply with the requirements.

3. Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the Trichy Corporation would submit that the petitioner has removed the construction in the second floor and what remains is the provision of setback spaces.

4. Considering the said submission and the fact that the petitioner is actually carrying out the work to bring the building in confirmity with the

approved plan, we grant him six months time to complete the process of bringing the building in tune with the sanctioned plan.
