The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 03.10.2023 passed in W.P.(MD). No. 2922 of 2020 by this Court. 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that an occasion will arise for complying with the order passed by this Court only if any document is presented for registration. Since no document has been presented for registration, there was no occasion for the respondent to conduct an enquiry as was directed by this Court by order dated 03.10.2023.

3. In the light of the above stand taken by the respondent, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition. If the petitioner submits any document for registration before the respondent, the respondent shall deal with the same in the light of the directions issued by this Court in the writ petition by order dated 03.10.2023.
