O R D E R This petition has been filed to transfer the case in S.C.No.08 of 2022 from the Court of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul District, to any other Court having competent jurisdiction to deal with the same in any other District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that trial commenced and 7 witnesses have been examined. In the mean time, due to non cross examination of the some more witnesses, the petitioner filed recal petition under Section 311 Cr.P.C, and the same was allowed and posted for appearance of witnesses on 16.10.2023. 3.In the mean time, this petition has been filed stating that threat has been made by the second respondent herein, whenever he appeared before the trial Court. On the basis of the above said ground and allegations, this petition is filed seeking transfer of the case. But, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that no such complaint was received from the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, I find absolutely, no reason to transfer the case at the fag end of the process. This petition deserves to be dismissed. 2/4
