The petitioner under the apprehension that her building in Door No.239/5,6 and 7 in Subban Street, in Ward No.29 of Theni - Allinagaram Municipality would be demolished for the purpose of laying a Road has approached this Court for a Mandamus. 2.Today(10.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a written instruction received from the Commissioner, Theni Municipality that they are not having any proposal for laying a Road, as claimed by the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission made on behalf of the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
