ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and read with Section 1/3

4 of Woman Harassment Act in Crime No.197 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the goats belonging to the defacto complainant were grazing in the land belongs to the petitioner, the petitioner objected the same and a wordy quarrel arose between them. In this incident, the petitioner alleged to have scolded the defacto complainant in filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that a petty issue arose between the parties over grazing the cattles. The petitioner is having two previous cases in the same nature. He has also paid fine for the offences and the cases were also ended in conviction.

Eventhough, it is stated that trouble has arisen over a petty issue, learned Government Advcoate (crl.side) would stated that the petitioner is having two previous cases for the offence of assault. Eventhough, the cases were ended in conviction and also paid fine, evenafter payment of fine, he again involved in assaulting the defacto complainant.
