ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b), II(B) and 25,, 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No. 246 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of allegations that A1 and A2, who found to be in possession of 1.150kg of ganja are said to have been procured from this petitioner and also this petitioner also having antecedents of four previous cases of which two are in NDPS cases, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
