[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to remove the encroachment put up by the

respondents 3 to 7 in Survey No.284/36, Puliyankulam Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2015.

2. Today, When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have already been removed and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.
