This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to refix the petitioner's pension, by considering the petitioner's entire period of service i.e., from 10.07.1975 to 31.03.2014 and to sanction all pensionary benefits to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.12.2015, within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for considering the petitioner's representation, dated 28.12.2015.
4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
