The order being challenged in this writ petition is an order passed by the 2nd respondent, whereunder, he has transferred the property tax assessment in favour of the respondents herein. The said transfer has to be made subject to the result of the pending suit in O.S.Nos.99 of 2009, 556 of 2011 and the similar case in C.C.No.59 of 2012.
2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that all the three proceedings have been completed and orders/judgement and decree have
been passed.
3.In the light of the subsequent development, the order impugned herein shall be re-visited by the 2nd respondent, based on the aforesaid judgment and decrees/orders, and pass appropriate orders after hearing the respective parties on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
