O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to execute a sale deed in favour of the petitioner for the house property in H.C.No.371 of Navalpattu Part I Scheme promoted by the second respondent within reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Today(13.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that there is no impediment for the respondent Board to execute the sale deed. Whenever the petitioner approaches the respondent, they are ready for registering the document at any point of time.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to 2/4

the petitioner to approach the respondent Board with a written request by fixing a date of registration. On such request made by the petitioner, the respondent shall execute the deed in favour of the petitioner without any further delay.
