ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.02 of 2021 dated 27.10.2021, on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Section 120(B), 420, 468, 471 of IPC and 84 of Registration Act and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.02 of 2021 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases-II, Tirunelveli as "mistake of fact". He further submitted that RCS notice was also served to the defacto complainant/second respondent.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in these petitions. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
