ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.716 of 2020, on the file of first respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing the investigation, the first respondent police has filed final report in this case before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil, but the same was not yet taken on file.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the trial Court is directed to process the final report as per rules. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
