ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 466, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., in Crime No.51 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused person colluded together and cheated the defacto complainant by forging and cheating the documents as A1 is the owner of the property.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the overall facts and circumstances and merits of the matter, already anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this court. There is no any change of circumstances to again entertain this petition. 5.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequently the arrested accused have been released on bail.
