This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 1st respondent either to file the final report in the form of positive or negative in connection with Cr.No. 147/2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nanguneri Police Station, Tirunelveli District before the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri,

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court as 'further action 2/4

dropped'. He would further submit that RCS notice was not served to the petitioners.

3. The first respondent is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioners, so that he can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
