This Writ Petition is filed against the order of the respondent in No.MD/MDU/RO/Recy/29308/8F/2015 dated 29.12.2015.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order impugned in this Writ Petition has been withdrawn by the respondent by proceedings dated 19.02.2016.

3. In view of the fact that the order impugned in this Writ Petition has already been withdrawn, in my opinion, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. No costs.

6. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
