The father was lost his Guardian Wards Original Petition in G.W.O.P.Nos.444 and 517 of 2014 in respect of his minor girl child, 2/5

preferred Civil Miscellaneous Appeals and the same is pending for the past six years.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration on 21.03.2025, this Court directed the respondents to bring the child so that the minor child and her father can meet each other. Though the respondent had brought the child to the Court as directed, the petitioner is absent. That apart, the Registry has received a memo from the learned counsel for the appellant along with the letter from the appellant expressing his intention to withdraw these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

3. In view of the memo filed, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. (G.J., J.) & (R.P., J.) 22.04.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No RM 3/5
