The petitioner had challenged the impugned order with a consequential prayer to grant provisional pension. In the criminal case, the petitioner is convicted and it was upheld by the appellate forum also.

2. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
