There is no representation for the petitioner.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and fix the four boundaries of the petitioner's land in Survey No.75/1 in Thoppur Village, Tirupparamkundram Taluk, Madurai District and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the patta for the land in question is in the names of two persons and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation to the first respondent for issuance of an individual patta and thereafter, the petitioner's request would be considered.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first respondent for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner, in Page No. 2 of 4
