ORDER
This writ petition has been with a grievance that the petitioner and his family members were ex-communicated from the village.
2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents based on the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Sivagiri submits that there is 2/4
no ex-communication of the petitioner in the village as averred in the writ petition.
3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader this writ petition is closed. No costs.
