O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents to appoint an hones investigating officer from the third respondent police station or a competent police officer to conduct a fair and proper and further investigation in Crime No.124 of 2022, on the file of the third respondent in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completing investigation, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, through E-filing No.1885 of 2023, dated 13.04.2023, but the same was not taken on file so far. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side), there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, to process the above said final report within the time stipulated as per Rules. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved against the contents of the final report. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous with the above said directions.
