ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Magisterial Level, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 386 of 2018
2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.
3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Magisterial Level, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.386 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
