ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner died on 03.05.2019, which is also evidenced by the death certificate of the petitioner and that the wife of the petitioner also subsequently died on 12.01.2022. Since steps have not been taken to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner till date, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
