PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second Respondent to issue the copy of orders passed by him in respect of granting patta to private parties in respect of lands in S.No.431/3, Manamadurai within a time frame fixed by this Court by considering the representation of the petitioner to 2nd Respondent dated 26.12.2022.

has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, to direct the second respondent/ the Tasildhar, Manamadurai to issue a copy of the order passed by him in respect of grant of patta to the private parties for the land in S.No.431/3, Manamadurai by considering his representation, dated 26.12.2022.

2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the relevant document has already been furnished to the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the document furnished by the respondent in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
