O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer investigation of the case in Cr.No.817 of 2014 pending on the file of the second respondent police to any other honest officer under the direct supervision of the first respondent and further to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No. 817 of 2014 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, and it has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 108 of 2019.

3. In view of the above submission, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
