Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1/5

third respondent impugned order dated 20.11.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the second and third respondents to sanction an educational loan of Rs.2,10,000/- to the petitioner for studying B.E.PCE (GQ) Course.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed as against the order of the third respondent, dated 20.11.2015 and for a consequential direction to the second and third respondents to sanction educational loan of Rs.2,10,000/- to the petitioner for studying B.E.PCE (GQ) Course. 2.Today(28.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported that pending this writ petition, the respondents 2 & 3 have sanctioned loan to the petitioner for a sum of Rs.2,80,000/-. However, the Bank has expressed its concern that the petitioner has not repaid the loan amount, which he availed. 2/5

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after realizing the mistake committed by the petitioner, advised him and the petitioner has also filed an affidavit of undertaking before this Court that he will repay the remaining loan amount on or before 31.03.2023 without fail.

4.Recording the affidavit of undertaking so filed by the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 28.02.2023 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No vrn 3/5
