By order, dated 16.12.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of committal to the Sessions Court.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.572, dated 08.10.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 16.12.2024.

3.Considering the request made by the Learned Sessions Judge, Madurai, time is extended further for a period of three months.
