2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that so far 16 witnesses have been examined and within short time, the police will complete the investigation and file the charge sheet and they will file appropriate application before the trail Court to get extension of time.

3.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.514 of 2023 2/4

as quickly as possible, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
