ORDER

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.65 of 2002.

2. The learned District Munsif, Thuraiyur, has addressed a letter to the Registry, dated 22.08.2025 requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.65 of 2002 in pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 01.08.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, five months time is extended for disposing the case in O.S.No.65 of 2002 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
