ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the patta No.2111 and 4764 granted in favour of respondents 3 and 4 in S.No.126/1 (Now it is subdivided as S.No.126/1A, 1B and 1C) in Viralipatti Village in Nilakottai Taluk in Dindigul District.

2.Though this writ petition was filed in the year 2016, notice was ordered, the respondents have not preferred any counter controverting the averments made in this writ petition. Therefore this writ petition is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with necessary documents in support of his contention and on such representation, 2/4

the RDO, Dindigul shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from thereon after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
