Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in any case on the file of the second respondent. The third respondent has been misdescribed. The learned Government Advocate would also add that since no complaint has been received against the petitioner, the question of summoning the petitioner to enquire him does not arise.
