No.13500 of 2023 vide its order dt.10.8.2023. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHILIPANPANDIAN R.L., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to 1/3

surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners were suffering from physical ailment, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

3.
