This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the contemnor for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.6836 of 2022, dated 12.4.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused

the materials placed befoire this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced a communication, dated 1.11.2022 passed by the respondent stating that the order made in the above Writ Petition has been complied with, by rejecting the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition. 4.In view of the above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
