This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No. 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to enjoy the property in GR survey No. 104/2(2), Town Survey No. 36/2 extent about 0.1347.0 square meter in Block A, Ward B, Sivagangai Town, without any hindrance.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the strength of the civil decree, the petitioner lodged a complaint, seeking police protection.

3. Considering the above facts, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 11.08.2018, after issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 5, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
