ORDER
The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".
2.By order, dated 16.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in I.P.No.71 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.19/2026, dated 03.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order, dated 16.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 16.10.2024. 30.01.2026 cmr To The Subordinate Judge, Karur.
