ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 07.09.2017 and the consequential order passed by the first respondent dated 22.02.2018 and consequently directing the respondent to grant loan to the petitioner for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in order to opening a cycle repair shop at Achampathu.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
