ORDER

This Writ Petition was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai to explore the possibility of a settlement of the dispute between the parties.

A Mediation Report dated 19.04.2022 sent by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, has been received, wherein it is stated as follows:- "Mediation Completed. Agreement enclosed."

As per the Mediation report dated 19.04.2022, the petitioner as well as the respondent Nos.4 and 5 have arrived at a settlement and it was reduced into writing. The terms and conditions of the agreement has been duly signed by the parties.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner as well as the respondent Nos.4 and 5 have arrived at a compromise and in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The Agreement dated 25.03.2022 and the report of the Mediation Centre shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
